The Opportunity
The company is looking to hire two confident, intelligent, and most importantly enthusiastic individuals who are looking to kick start their sales career with this fantastic opportunity.You will preferably be of graduate calibre with a solid background both within and away from academia.
You will be responsible for the entire sales cycle, right from prospecting new clients and leads right through to closing and managing accounts. You must have the ability to communicate with high level executives, company directors, and other decision makers on a day to day basis.The successful candidate will need to be:

· Professional
· Passionate about a career in sales
· Proactive
· Money and results driven
Experience is not required for this role as extensive training and support will be given.
Reporting directly to your senior business development manager you will start as an associate on c.£18k basic, and as soon as you have completed your basic training requirements you will instantly be promoted to an executive with a £20k base, and this should only take three months!
Alongside our very generous uncapped commission, incentives and bonus scheme offers a fantastic opportunity to earn well over £30k in your first year, with more to come thereafter!
