Troubleshooting
Apple Macintosh computers are renowned for their quality and reliability. Once in a while, however, you may find yourself hitting a brick wall and might need a little help getting back on track. Purple Matrix engineers are skilled at diagnosing even the most bewildering of hardware and software problems. We'll even bring our services right to your business.
Software and setup issues can often be resolved using the diagnostic and repair tools that we have at our disposal. We're also prepared to perform basic data recovery should your hard disk decide to call it a day.
Hardware issues are, unfortunately, not always as simple. If your Macintosh is still covered under either the original warranty or AppleCare™, your Mac will need to be taken to an Apple Certified repair facility. We'll provide you with a report containing our assessment of the issue that you can pass to Apple technicians in order to help expedite repairs
